• Payment info: amount paid, method, transaction metadata (card processing is handled by third-party processors; we don’t store full card numbers).

• Communications: calls, SMS/texts, emails, website forms, chat messages; voicemail may be retained; some calls may be recorded for quality and training.

• Usage & device data (online): cookies, IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, referrer/UTM, approximate location (via IP), session data, ad interactions.

• Security video: if you visit our facility, on-premise CCTV may record images for security.
